Property Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Sutton. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across our extensive property portfolio in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
Requirements
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
What We Offer
- Basic salary range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
- A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
- Minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year
- Company Car
- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday's, with a day in lieu in exchange)
