About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Sutton. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across our extensive property portfolio in the area.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Managing complaints and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
Requirements
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Good telephone manner and IT skills
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
- A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
- Minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year
- Company Car
- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange)
