Inclusive Programs Manager Job Opportunity at Uniform Education

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our sports and education programs as an Inclusive Programs Manager. This role involves developing and implementing inclusive programs that promote social-emotional learning, teamwork, and physical activity among students.

About the Role:
As an Inclusive Programs Manager, you will lead sports activities, develop inclusive programs, and monitor student progress. You will also assist teachers with classroom management, support students with SEMH needs, and integrate physical activity into academic lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sports Coaching: Develop and lead sports activities that promote teamwork, cooperation, and mental well-being.
  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers with classroom management, support SEMH students, and integrate physical activity into academic lessons.

Requirements:
  • Experience in sports coaching, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Relevant coaching qualifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
