Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Lead to join our team immediately. As an Inclusion Lead, you will develop and implement strategies to support the inclusion of all students, ensuring every child has access to a high-quality education. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and address the diverse needs of students. Additionally, you will coordinate and lead interventions for students with additional needs, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support the inclusion of all students
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to identify and address the diverse needs of students
- Coordinate and lead interventions for students with additional needs
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect and understanding among students and staff
- Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive practices and differentiation techniques
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and school policies regarding inclusion and equality
