Support Worker - Make a Difference in People's Lives

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Norton Fitzwarren. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

About the Role
  • Assist individuals with personal care, teaching them new life skills and encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
  • Work within a welcoming and friendly environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
  • Be part of a team that values and respects the differences of the people we support, and encourages them to be themselves.

  • Enhanced pay for evening and weekend shifts, with an additional 50p per hour.
