Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular supervision and training to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or equivalent role
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and traumatic backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
