Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors in our residential service in Wiveliscombe.

About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our service users, helping them to gain independence in their daily lives. You will work closely with the Manager to supervise and manage the service, allocating shifts, booking training, and supporting with supervision. You will also be responsible for ordering medication and ensuring our service users are supported to manage their finances.
