Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our residential service in Norton Fitzwarren. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals with complex care needs, including those with Huntingdon's and acquired brain injury. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to achieve their goals.

You will also be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances, as well as encouraging individuals to access their local communities and participate in social activities.
