Job Role
As a Team Leader at Consensus, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care that truly changes lives. You will work closely with the team to engage people in meaningful opportunities and activities, ensuring they enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Help people we support to engage in leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
- Lead the team to communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities for the team, ensuring training compliance levels are met and maintained.
About The Grange
The Grange is a calm and relaxed home with a busy and creative atmosphere. Our team are trained in a wide range of communication methods, including Makaton and pictorial aids, to ensure everyone has their voice heard.
