The Role

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £26,460 per annum (pro rata) and comes with various benefits, including:

Your Qualifications
  • Experience working with vulnerable or challenging individuals.
  • Evidence of Case Management and intervention skills.
  • Ability to deliver short interventions addressing barriers.
