About the Role

As an Adult Social Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering preventative care services. You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to assess needs, develop personalized care plans, and advocate for the well-being of adults experiencing diverse challenges, including mental health concerns and learning disabilities.

Requirements

  • Current registration as a qualified Social Worker.
  • Minimum of one year of post-qualifying social work experience.
  • A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing adult social care.
  • Strong decision-making and risk management skills.

This role requires travel within Essex, so a valid driving license is essential.
