Job Summary

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified social worker with a current Social Work England registration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience working with and supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, and will be able to demonstrate continuing professional development and capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with partner agencies and the local community to provide a supportive framework for vulnerable adults.
- Chair meetings involving clients, family members, carers, and other multi-agency professionals.
- Travel around Essex to meet the needs of service users.
