We are seeking a skilled Part-time Administrator to join our expanding client in Kidlington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk management and customer service.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with meeting room bookings and daily mail/deliveries.
- Support other administrative staff with workload management.
Key Requirements:
- Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
