About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Part-time Administrator to join our expanding client in Kidlington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide front desk management and customer service.
  2. Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
  3. Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  4. Assist with meeting room bookings and daily mail/deliveries.
  5. Support other administrative staff with workload management.

Key Requirements:

  • Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
