To provide support to the Operations Team in the efficient running of estates and facilities across RLT

**Overview**
- To take an active part in the work of the Operations Team and wider business administration team, working in a flexible way
- To organise and prioritise own workload, proactively seeking support when required

**Premises**
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to support the delivery of SCA & R&M programme
- Provide support to schools to ensure they update and monitor their asset management records
- Monitoring of systems following routine scheduled visits.
- Identifying and reporting any issues following visits and inspections
- Scheduling of compliance inspection dates and follow up to ensure actions are completed
- Ensuring contractor documents including insurance documents are in date
- Ensuring contractor safeguarding training and DBS details are completed

**Health & Safety**
- To provide support to Operations Team and wider Central Office Team to ensure robust Health & Safety compliance is maintained.
- Support schools to ensure inspection and audit actions are completed
- Keep monitoring records up to date through weekly reviews, monitoring and reporting on H&S compliance and H&S Training
- Assigning Central Office training
- Monitoring that Safesmart (and other bespoke systems) users are correctly added to the system
- Coordination of trust wide membership renewals

**Procurement**
- Collate data to support the centralisation of contracts across schools.
- Obtain tenders from contractors for servicing, remedial and project works.
- Follow the RLT procedure to raise purchase orders for necessary works.
- Work with schools to maintain the corporate contracts register and to keep under review the top suppliers and contracts of the trust and schools.
- Supporting due diligence checks on potential and existing suppliers
- Working with schools to maintain the general and preferred supplier lists

**Administration**
- General administrative tasks including diary management, scheduling school visits and contractor visits
- Provide general clerical/admin. support
- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
- Undertake general financial administration e.g. processing orders and invoices
- Organisation and management of trust wide mobile phone contract
- Updating the central record of contractors and the associated certifications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,702.00-£26,873.00 per year
