We require an organised individual to work as an Office Administrator in our client's Commercial/Office Division. You will use your detail-oriented skills to maintain accurate records, manage databases, set up equipment for new starters, and ensure the efficient day-to-day running of office operations.

This role is based in Kidlington and will be Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Main Duties:

  1. Completing data entry tasks.
  2. Providing cover for the purchase ledger position during absence or leave.
  3. Maintaining information relating to sickness, holiday, and training completion.
  4. Updating vehicle and driver databases.
  5. Ordering office supplies.
  6. Using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  7. Experience within a similar Administration role.

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between £27,000 and £28,000, with 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
