Select Tech is a leading provider of innovative recruitment solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled 360 Consultant to join our team.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our top clients in the technology industry, driving business growth and developing a strong perm division.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of winning new business, managing their own time, and proactively cross-selling. Experience in managing a Consultant and building a strong network of contacts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for our perm division
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and referencing candidates, with excellent communication skills
  • Lead executive search projects across the globe, ensuring a smooth candidate and client journey
  • Attend networking events, business trips, and customer meetings, building strong relationships
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Continuously develop and grow a strong base of contacts
  • Negotiate salaries between parties, driving business growth

  • A dynamic and ambitious individual with a strong competitive spirit
  • Someone with a proven record of billing, excellent people skills, and strong negotiation abilities
  • Experience in managing a Recruitment Consultant, building within a vertical market, and driving business growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with diverse personalities, and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Professional, emotionally mature, and ethical, with a strong track record in management
  • Ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to the office every day
