About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Pivotal London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute email and cross-channel communication strategies for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns and tests for triggered and blast campaigns
  • Work closely with our analytics team to manage customer and professional databases, focusing on retention and engagement
  • Develop and implement customer lifecycle roadmaps based on personas
  • Create testing roadmaps based on expected business value
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing/CRM roles, preferably in a marketplace or tech brand
  • Experience in growing business through owned channels
  • Proficiency in Zoho, Braze, Adobe, Salesforce, or Bloomreach
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams and communicate effectively
