Job Description
The University of Kent is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in administration, customer service, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Team.
- Assisting with facilities management and health and safety tasks.
- Supporting events, activities, and other priority tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE in English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
- Strong customer service experience and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service.
- Experience of administering complex processes, including tracking data and monitoring progress.
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office packages.
