Food Industry Sales Manager

In this role, you will analyze sales data to identify opportunities and highlight gaps, utilizing retailer data systems to monitor and measure performance. You will unlock new business opportunities, develop strategies to drive business growth, and attend major retailer meetings as required. Additionally, you will manage convenience accounts with guidance and support, building strong, long-term relationships with buying teams in the convenience sector.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within the food industry or a background in sales and account management looking to take the next step in their career. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered along with development and tailored training opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Whitby, North Yorkshire, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
