Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert technical advice to customers and suppliers;
  • Managing supplier relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation;

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in technical sales and customer service. You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a technical sales or customer service role within the food industry;
  • Strong project management skills with ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic data management systems;
Benefits

The salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
