Job Title: Internal Business Development Manager - Outdoor Canopies

Join Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, in our exciting opportunity for an Internal Business Development Manager - Outdoor Canopies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the outdoor canopies market.

About the Role:
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and prospecting
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional and national housebuilders, as well as contractors in the social housing sector
  • Focus on selling a range of manufactured outdoor canopies, with a strong emphasis on GRP door canopies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in internal construction sales, preferably with a focus on canopies or GRP products
  • Strong outbound/telesales skills and a comfortable phone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • High level of drive, energy, and self-motivation, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
