We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key national accounts to drive sales growth and increase distribution of our products.
  • Lead a team of National Account Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve company objectives, including increasing market share and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer plans.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in national account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of National Account Managers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel regularly to customer sites and internal meetings.
