Job Description
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Consultants in the UK. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and success within the payments market. You will recruit and support a team of self-employed consultants, coach them to achieve outstanding results, and provide clear direction. You will also be responsible for reviewing sales figures, ensuring your team is working with the right sales strategies to drive value, and communicating relevant insights to business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3+ years of experience managing a Field Sales team, with management of a self-employed team and experience within the Merchant Services sector being a plus. You will need to be able to lead by example, cultivate a positive, productive work environment, and display a high level of customer focus. Excellent time management and prioritization skills are essential, as is proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM tools, data analysis tools, and other technologies.
