We are currently seeking a skilled Practice Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our practice. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in practice management and leadership, and will be able to work effectively with staff at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve practice goals
- Manage the practice budget and finances
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience in practice management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of primary care finance and management
Salary: £36,000 per annum
