**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple facilities, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of service managers and staff, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and manage a team of facility managers and staff across multiple residential healthcare facilities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and services are consistently provided to residents.
  • Monitor facility performance, including financials, operational efficiency, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or regional management role within the residential healthcare or long-term care sector.

**Salary:** £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
