Job Overview: Future Education is seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in a SEMH school located in the London Borough of Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the life of a secondary aged student who requires one-to-one support.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs, as well as a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies. You will be responsible for providing individualised support to the student, developing and implementing behaviour plans, and collaborating with the wider school team.

The salary for this position is £90-£110 per day, depending on experience. The contract is ongoing, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs and has the necessary qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to a secondary aged student with SEMH needs.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the wider school team to ensure the student's needs are met.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
  • Ability to develop and implement behaviour plans.
