Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including store layouts, promotions, and product information
- Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.40-£13.35
- A 30-35 hour contract with varied shifts
- 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) per year
