We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in the South East region.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Area Sales Representative team to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the performance of the Area Sales Representative team
  • Carry out regular reviews and feedback sessions with the team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive profitable growth within your designated region
Requirements
  • A proven track record in sales within the hire and construction related industries
  • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing field sales teams is essential
  • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office and experience of using CRM software
  • A driving licence is essential as is a flexible approach to work due to regular travel
