Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Dundee. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, using our POS system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure all guest areas are clean, sanitary, and tidy, maintaining our brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance, adhering to our brand standards.
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business volume levels with a sense of urgency.
  • Knowledge of our menu and allergens, with the ability to provide accurate information to guests.
