Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional team member to join our front office/reception team at Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites in Dundee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a fantastic and memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
