We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Team Member to join our dynamic team at Hotel Indigo and Staybridge Suites in Dundee. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a fantastic and memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage guest room assignments, ensuring that rooms are allocated according to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues, resolving them in a fair and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
