Job Description: As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting our experienced team members on refurbishment projects in various sectors. Your duties will include supporting clients, consultants, and other third parties, assisting in the preparation of tenders and quotations, managing and coordinating tender documentation, negotiating and settling prices, ensuring accurate and timely costing and budgeting, and providing cost management throughout project stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in construction estimation and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Support clients and consultants
  • Assist in preparing tenders and quotations
  • Manage and coordinate tender documentation
  • Negotiate and settle prices
  • Ensure accurate and timely costing and budgeting

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification or experience in quantity surveying or construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly numerate and problem-solving skills
  • Full clean driving license and DBS check required
  • Computer literacy and adaptability to company systems

Salary: Salary £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
