About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Practitioner to join our People and Organisation Development directorate. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of our RBL Learning Programme, with a specific focus on Volunteer training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver engaging learning content for our RBL L&D Programme, catering to various delivery methods, including virtual, in-person, and blended approaches.
  • Partner with People Business Partners and stakeholders to understand priorities and challenges, conducting regular learning needs analysis and making recommendations for solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Volunteer Development and Training Manager to identify effective solutions, practices, and learning interventions to support Volunteer strategies.
  • Design and deliver the Excellence in Volunteer Management Programme, upskilling RBL staff to support volunteers through blended learning solutions.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion are central to the learning experience, working closely with the Head of Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Support the Head of L&D in implementing an evaluation process based on the Kirkpatrick Model to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with the L&D Specialist and L&D Coordinator to ensure all L&D activities operate effectively with robust end-to-end administration processes.
