About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Apprentice. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our employees and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Learning and Development team with the coordination of training programs, including booking venues, sourcing materials, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and coordinate the delivery of training sessions, including arranging logistics, catering, and equipment.
  • Assist with the administration of training records, including inputting data into our database and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources, including creating presentations, handouts, and other supporting materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • English and Maths Level 3 qualifications.
