Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering high-quality hires.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements that reflect our company values and standards.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the recruitment skills of Hiring Managers and other stakeholders.
- Implement and champion Competency-Based interview techniques to ensure consistent and effective evaluation of candidates.

- Support the development and optimization of our ATS system to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a busy and high-pressure internal recruitment/HR department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using databases and other recruitment tools.
