Apprentice Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Tate. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening high-quality candidates for vacancies within a specific business area.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including local employment, education, and charitable organizations.
- Creating and engaging talent pools for future resource requirements.
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms and building relationships with local stakeholders.
- Utilizing a range of sourcing channels to find high-quality candidates.
- Managing all vacancies and candidates within agreed service level agreements to reduce costs and time to offer.
- Building local knowledge and expertise about the area, roles, and external market, and sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
- Building relationships with hiring managers, store colleagues, and visiting stores regularly to support and understand business needs.
- Delivering a candidate experience that leaves people as advocates for the company, whether or not they join the business.
- Providing feedback and/or offers to candidates.
- Ensuring audit compliance of the recruitment process in line with the recruitment policy.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work within a highly pressurized and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, preferably with experience via telephone.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a completer finisher who does what they say they will do.
