Enterprise Relationship Manager

Job Role:
The enterprise relationship manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving growth, and expanding our presence within telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors. As an account manager, you will act as a trusted advisor by offering tailored IT solutions and developing strategic plans to meet client needs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell Axpe's services (AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow) to existing clients.
- Solution Delivery: Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring that projects meet client expectations and needs.
- Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Contract Renewals: Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring long-term client relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance, project status, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management within telecom, banking, insurance, or healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of AI, cloud solutions, data analytics, and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to acquire and retain clients, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
