About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Marketing and Communications Director to lead our marketing efforts and shape our position as a premium brand in the adult care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement a long-term, integrated marketing strategy aligned with our business mission and targets. Shape commercially relevant market-leading propositions, ensuring consistency across messaging and tone of voice.

Proposition Development

Articulate and shape commercially relevant market-leading propositions, using feedback and insight to articulate the benefits of our current services. Work cross-functionally to drive new proposition development, including associated communications, messaging, and tone of voice.

Brand Management

Lead the development of our brand, ensuring it aligns with our premium positioning and drives both local and national consumer interest. Proactively manage our brand's reputation through targeted campaigns, digital optimization, and creative identity.

Customer Experience and Feedback

Oversee our customer feedback function, creating strategies to engage in two-way dialogues with customers, amplifying their stories and experiences. Ensure we use customer insights to continuously enhance our services and propositions.

Digital and Local Marketing

Revolutionize our presence through compelling digital campaigns and CRM strategies, with a focus on improving customer acquisition and lifetime value. Support local branch marketing efforts, empowering managers to build their local reputation and achieve commercial success.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally within high-growth, customer-centric businesses.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to influence at all levels, including the Executive team.
  • Strong knowledge of the health and social care sector, with experience shaping and leading omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in proposition development, digital marketing, and CRM systems, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working within a multi-site or scaled business environment.
  • Proven experience building and growing a premium consumer brand.
  • Degree-level qualification in a related field, or equivalent experience.
