**Job Title:** Team Leader - North

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our national team at Rock Compliance Ltd. As a Team Leader - North, you will play a key role in the strategic leadership of a centralized Client Services team, ensuring the smooth operation from quote to invoice, while completing Non-Conformances (NCRs) across the business in a timely manner to support the overarching business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Leadership and Management:** Lead the southern team with travel for team meetings and 1-2-1's as required, contributing to the overall business strategy, leadership, values, culture, and decision-making.
  • **Staff Management & Development:** Provide leadership to Client Service Executives (CSEs) in all elements of team management, including recruitment and onboarding of staff to ensure each team is working efficiently across the region, carry out performance and development reviews, and identify training needs.
  • **Client Management:** Proactively support clients by answering enquiries and ensuring clients are kept up to date on progress, provide in-depth performance packs on a monthly basis, and act as an escalation point for regional queries for our clients.
  • **Communication:** Help the National Client Service Manager provide insight and actions to other operational functions as required, support with providing key data and information to relevant stakeholders, and aid cross-functional communication to ensure smooth progress of jobs from beginning to end.
  • **Commercial:** Timely process of cash management from quote to invoice through remote management of a regional team, minimize debt greater than 30 days across your region, and support the production of individual client/internal stakeholder packs to show performance and profitability.
  • **Safety:** Communicate standards and any information required from your line manager to the relevant team members, take responsibility for your own health and safety, and adhere to all the Company health and safety procedures and policies.
  • **Operational Optimisation:** Aid the delivery of robust processes which ensure the maintenance and integrity of EPIC, recommend/deliver improvements to working practices, and see problems as challenges and help solve them.
Requirements:
  • **Leadership and Management:** Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead a regional team and contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • **Communication:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • **Commercial:** Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage cash flow and minimize debt.
  • **Safety:** Commitment to health and safety, with the ability to communicate standards and procedures to team members.
  • **Operational Optimisation:** Ability to deliver robust processes and recommend improvements to working practices.
