About the Role

The Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer at Luminate Education Group plays a vital role in empowering individuals to embark on fulfilling career paths. They provide invaluable support to both businesses and prospective apprentices, guiding learners on a transformative journey. This journey equips individuals with essential employability and interview skills, enabling them to confidently navigate the path to securing an apprenticeship.

The Recruitment Officer's dedication extends throughout the entire process, from the initial enquiry and application stage to the commencement of the apprenticeship with the employer, ensuring a seamless and empowering experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective induction sessions to new apprentices and employers.
  • Provide candidates with relevant information, advice, and guidance on vacancies and general apprenticeship information.
  • Create sector-specific talent pools from new and existing approved applications.
  • Provide employers with recruitment updates and assist them where required.
About You
  • Educated to at least Level 3.
  • Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2/GCSE grade A - C or equivalent.
  • Previous recruitment experience - CV writing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the local labour market with a focus on stakeholders' needs.
  • Ability to work effectively with computer programmes such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google platforms.
