We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor to join our team at JOBWISE. As a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer queries via telephone, email, and live chat. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of our company's products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

The salary for this role is GBP24,000pa, with a realistic OTE of GBP26,400pa. You will work 4 x 10hr shifts across 7 days, Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday between 8am - 6pm. Overtime is available, paid at double time.

As a Customer Service Helpdesk Advisor, you will also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week, and have access to hybrid working arrangements. You will receive 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
