The Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our conservation efforts as Head of Community Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to conserve and protect Worcestershire's natural beauty.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in land management, ecology, and policy relevant to the post. Excellent leadership skills, experience in partnership working, project development, and budget management are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise to drive conservation initiatives across Worcestershire
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective delivery structures and performance measurement frameworks
  • Promote the Trust's vision and values through inspiring communication and engagement strategies
