Join our dedicated team at Southdown as a Community Support Associate and make a real difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness. As a key member of our Transition & Resettlement team, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to achieve stability and independence.

About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with service users who have experienced homelessness and complex needs, developing personalized support plans and building strong relationships with them, their families, and external agencies. You will also participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective support plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice approaches.Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, Southdown offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous travel expenses and a car allowance of £1,000 per year. You will also benefit from:
