About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in our retirement developments.

The successful candidate will have a background in administration, customer service, and a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and ensuring the maintenance of the property.

You will work closely with our Area Manager and other colleagues to provide a first-class service to our residents. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a friendly and approachable personality, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong administrative background, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

You will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize your workload effectively. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information will be essential in this role.
