About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Mitton Lodge, Stourport-upon-Severn. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their lifestyle is enhanced.

You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Your passion for excellent customer service is vital, and you will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people.

With a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our Owners, you will have the ability to be calm under pressure and display good judgement. You will also be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative to support with the organisation of events and to effectively administer the maintenance of the site.
