About the role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the maintenance of the property and ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing a first-class service to Home Owners, including responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Coordinating activities and events for Home Owners, such as social events and community activities
  • Managing contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with our company policies
  • Completing health and safety checks and ensuring that the development is safe and secure for all residents

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong background in administration and customer service. You will be an accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing a high level of service to our Home Owners.
