About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents while ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and activities for residents.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement or care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
