About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHSFT. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing a variety of acquired communication and swallowing disorders across a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patients with acquired communication and swallowing disorders
  • Provide inpatient services to patients with acquired communication/swallowing disorders
  • Contribute to the delivery of the Videofluoroscopy service
  • Support the development of skills in assessing and managing patients with a tracheostomy

Requirements

  • Recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Membership of RCLST and HCPC registration
  • Experience of working with dysphagia at postgraduate level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
