Job Title: Clinical Lead - RGN/RNLD

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe and clinically effective care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care experience for residents.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and external quality agendas.
  • Provide visible clinical leadership and influence the development of services to ensure continuous improvements in quality of care.
  • Ensure the patient experience and learning of lessons are embedded in everyday practice.

Requirements:

  • A current NMC Pin number.
  • A Legal Right to work in the U.K.
