About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe and clinically effective care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visible clinical leadership and influence the development of services to ensure continuous improvements in quality of care.
  • Support the Registered Manager in ensuring the delivery of safe and clinically effective care, providing assurance and leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead and continually improve quality across the service, ensuring it is embedded as a day-to-day responsibility of all members of staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with external and corporate quality agendas and regulators.
  • Provide highly credible, visible clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team and ensure that quality of care is delivered to the highest, evidence-based possible standards.
Requirements
  • A current NMC Pin number
  • A Legal Right to work in the UK
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
